Scooter works on modeling radiation effects in semiconductor devices using TCAD tools. He works very closely with other engineers supporting different processes, while also providing guidance for several graduate students in the RER program. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2001, and his M.S. EE from Vanderbilt University in 2003.
